01. How do I subscribe to the Business Kit?

You are able to subscribe to the Business Kit by going to www.hubmark.co/shop/businesskit

02. What forms of payment do you accept?

You are able to make purchases of all our products via www.hubmark.co/shot/businesskit as we accept Bank transfers, cheques, PayPal and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and & Amex).

03. Can I get a trial before I purchase?

Tasks completed through our Business Kits are expertly crafted by our skilled designers. Each Kit takes hours of passion and creativity to produce. Because of the time and effort required to make each unique Kit, we only begin work once an order has been officially placed for it.

04. How long does my subscription last?

Our Business Kit will last for 20 hours of service or 30 days, whichever is sooner.

05. Do I have to pay upfront or can I pay after I see and approve the work?

We require payment upfront. We do this because we are a boutique-style brand development agency, which means we only handle a certain amount of projects per month. This allows us to deliver meet our agreed deliverables with unmatched quality by our hubbers.

06. What happens if I want request or change something?

You are able to make request or changed via the relevant channels that will be provided to you. We will gladly make alterations to ensure that you absolutely love your Kit.
